 The Challenge is free, so there's nothing to refund.

The Show Up System (paid)

The System is a digital product — a Notion template you copy into your own workspace. Once it's been copied it stays with you and can't be returned, the same way a book can't be unread. For that reason, digital products like this aren't returnable in the usual sense.

If the System genuinely isn't working for you, email me at support@theshowupsystem.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll find a resolution — a refund if that's the right outcome.

Faults and access problems

If something's broken — a link doesn't work, the template won't copy, or you can't access what you paid for — that's mine to fix. Email support@theshowupsystem.com and I'll get it working or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Any refund goes back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually take 7–10 business days to appear depending on your bank; PayPal is typically faster.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

Merchant of record

Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle order-related inquiries and returns. Privacy Policy Terms of Service.
